How long is the Impact of VOM period?
The coming change may start to impact 15-30 mins. before and after the VOM period

How to Trade VOM?
If VOM ends at 10:15am, take High Low (HL) of 10-10:30 am, and a directional breakout of price from this range will give you, the direction during VOM period.
If VOM ends at 2:30pm, take HL of 2-2:45 and trade the direction of breakout.
SL: H/L of period.
