Here's how I do my own version of Rob's tracker to check in with them myself.
The key thing is accountability and reflecting on how you're spending your time.

I've broken down my life into 15 categories.
I track the things that I want to do and also the things that I want to avoid.
I rank those categories out of 10 subjectively every week and then it spits out an average score of how I did that week.

Finally, I measure my happiness.
What I want to see is that the numbers correlate with my happiness.
When I score a lower number I usually don't feel as excited about life.
When I hit a 9-10 I feel really excited about life and what I've been able to achieve that week.
