Physiological anemia..
عندما يكون الجنين في الرحم يكون نسبه الاوكسجين قليله نظراً لاعتمادة على الاوكسجين القادم من الام والنتيجة يتم زيادة افراز Erythropoietin والي يسبب زيادة انتاج كريات الدم الحمراء بحيث تشوف ال Hemoglobin مابين (22-18 ) بعد الولادة...!!!
عندما يكون الجنين في الرحم يكون نسبه الاوكسجين قليله نظراً لاعتمادة على الاوكسجين القادم من الام والنتيجة يتم زيادة افراز Erythropoietin والي يسبب زيادة انتاج كريات الدم الحمراء بحيث تشوف ال Hemoglobin مابين (22-18 ) بعد الولادة...!!!
ولكن بعد الولادة تبدا الرئة بالعمل ويختفي النقص السابق بالاوكسجين وبالتالي يقل افراز الErythropoietin وفي خلال ستة اسابيع يتناقص ال Hemoglobin الى 9 وهذا يسمئ
