2⃣authorities accuses [#Boaz] #BenDavid of committing #WarCrimes, Crimes against Humanity, and possible acts of genocide during the recent military operations in #Gaza,” the #HindRajabFoundation (#HRF) said in a statement on Thursday.
3⃣It added that the move comes amid growing International calls to hold perpetrators of Grave Crimes accountable and to ensure justice for victims of the ongoing #Israeli regime’s genocide in #Gaza.
4⃣The #HRF noted that #BenDavid, who is a staff sergeant & sniper, is currently on a tourist visit to #Sweden 🇸🇪 but may leave the country soon.
