Fire Paans are a craze that’s popular with street food stalls in Rajkot, India in which people are fed a leaf that’s on fire, directly into their mouth. It's certainly a unique digestive-aid to end your meal on a refreshing note. Eating Paan or betel leaves topped with spices, dried fruits like cherries, sugar and nuts, after meals a common practice in India. It tastes great, is a mouth freshner (kind of like a mini flamethrower in your mouth) and is an excellent digestive aid.
