2⃣➡️The doctrine emphasizes Russia’s readiness to use nuclear weapons to ensure deterrence and permits their use if the sovereignty or territorial integrity of #Russia 🇷🇺 or #Belarus 🇧🇾 is critically threatened.

3⃣➡️ #Ballistic Missile Launches against #Russia are listed as grounds for #NuclearRetaliation, and the Doctrine identifies Adversaries against whom #Nuclear Deterrence is exercised.
