Instead of full suspension, MHA agreed to put FF in 'prior permission' in 2015 (P2), which was later removed after FF registered FEMA (P3). In nutshell, MHA showed FF the new boss and they just escaped total ban. Later MHA also unfreeze funds for staff's salary.
