full political representation. Such manufactured oppositions are always staged in such a strong manner that the public is convinced that their voice is being advocated by great individuals/institutions and carries the potential to overthrow the regime politically/intellectually.

And this entire puppet-show helps the western regimes maintain their image of "Liberty & Tolerance" (even for the staunchest opposition) all around the globe, while also convincing their own citizens that their representatives leaders always carry the potential to over-throw

the regime - hence simultaneously also removing the need for actual (real) opposition to develop because the actual critics of the regime innocently end up becoming a part of/working under the umbrella of the greater manufactured opposition.
