2. Let's consider the following scenario:
Allah-Vaadeez are taught that all Kafir women deserve to be treated as Maal-e-Ghanimat !
This means that to abduct, r@pe and turn Kafir women into zex slaves is the rightful conduct for Muzzbeez.
Furthermore, Muzzbeez are taught that it is perfectly legitimate to have sex with one's sisters and even mothers.

This is Sharia for them, which is ABOVE the laws of the land & the Constitution of India.
The fact that AIMPLB did not dare respond or deny the facts stated in my Open Letter, indicates that they do not have any defence in the matter.
Would Hindus agree to have such provisions of Sharia being made part of Indian law, even in an amended form?
Merely amending these provisions would amount to endorsing and legitimizing horrific crimes like abduction, rape, sex slavery and incest.

3. Modi Govt's plan to amend the Waqf Act, instead of scrapping it, legitimises the position of Waqf Boards as the third largest landowner in India, after the armed forces and the Indian Railways.
The Waqf Board it has its own legislature, its own land surveyors, its own executive and tribunal--which works as a Land Jihad friendly Islamic judiciary.
Merely amending the Act allows them to continue running a parallel Govt within India.

4. The Waqf Act is inspired by the belief that All the Land on this Planet has been created by the ALLAH of Momins for Momins alone.
They also believe that whatever land or territory is currently owned by Kafirs or other non-Muslims, has to be taken away from them through whatever means possible, including force, fraud, violence, deceit and finally, decimation of Kafirs.

5. Muslims living in India dare not claim that they, or their ancestors, brought millions of acres of land from Saudi Arabia, Turkey or any other Islamic country!
Most of it is land forcibly taken from the Sons & Daughters of the Soil by barbaraic invaders & their progeny.
The need of the hour is that the Govt of India should Nationalise all Waqf Properties, including mosques, tombs and madrasas, which are known to have been built over vandalized mandirs or Hindu monuments!
The nationalised lands should be used in the following manner:
1. One part of nationalised Waqf lands should be returned to those Hindu families who have documents to prove that Izlamists took away their property through fraud and force!
2. The remaining land should be distributed among the landless poor Hindus—be they Balmikis or Brahmins, Ahirs or Telis, Banjaras, Banias or Bunkars, Nats or Nais, Kumhars or Kanjars, Bawarias or Bazigars, Chamars or Jatavs, Rehgars or Ramdasias, Valayas or Vanniyars, Jogis or Doms!

6. Those who think that this is too harsh a measure, BETTER REMEMBER:
In post British India, under the pretense of "Social Justice", lakhs of acres have been forcibly taken away by various governments--both central and state--from the rightful Hindu owners in the name of Land Reforms.
Lakhs of acres of Temple Lands have also been stolen by various state governments as well as the Central govt!
Most of the lands taken away were assets inherited by families from their ancestors who had farmed those lands for centuries.
Only some lands were grants by the British to their loyal zamindars.
The land ceiling was pegged so low by the Indian government that within a generation or two, the land holdings became unviable due to fragmentation.
Consequently, the sons of our poor farmers are today abandoning agriculture and migrating to cities to work as street vendors, railway coolies, auto or cab drivers, bus conductors, delivery boys for Amazon or Zomato!
And their wives and daughters are working as cooks, aayas and domestic help in the homes of urban middle and upper classes.
