In section 4.4, Booking the OET Test, for OET Test on Computer and OET@Home, we have increased the window in which you must take the OET Speaking sub-test, from five days to eight days, before or after your Listening, Reading and Writing test.
In section 6, Test day information, for OET Test on Paper, we’ve changed the timeframe in which candidates will receive the OET Test timetable to no later than 48 hours before your test day (it was previously 72 hours).
• In section 6.2, Notice to candidates for OET@Home, we’ve clarified that if you produce any documents that are not in English, you'll need to get them translated in full by an accredited translator.
• In section 9, Rescheduling and cancellation:
• We’ve removed the ability to reschedule an OET Test on Paper on the day of your test. All rescheduling must be completed by 11:59pm local time the day prior to the test date.

• We’ve noted that you cannot reschedule an OET Test purchased with a discount code. You must instead cancel and rebook the test if you need to change the date, venue or other test booking detail.
In section 9.2, Cancelling the OET Test, we’ve clarified that a cancellation fee will now be deducted from your refund amount when you cancel your test.
