So what does "gut health" even mean?
Your gut is home to trillions of bacterias

Eventually it leads to:

with this exact blueprint:
1. Limit Processed Foods
Highly processed foods can disrupt your gut microbiome.
• Choose minimally processed single ingredient foods
• Reduce intake of sugary snacks, sodas, and fast food
• Read labels and avoid artificial additives
Your gut thrives on real, whole foods
2. Diverse, Fiber-Rich Diet
Fiber is the fuel for your gut bacteria.
• Consider a prebiotic fiber
• 25-35 grams of fiber per day
• Include a variety of fruits and vegetables
This feeds your beneficial gut bacteria and promotes diversity.
3. Fermented Foods
These are natural probiotics that introduce beneficial bacteria to your gut.
Great options include:
• Kefir

• Adequate sleep (7-9 hours nightly)
Less stress = healthier gut
5. Stay Hydrated
Water is crucial for digestive health and nutrient absorption.
• Aim for 8-10 glasses of water daily
• Listen to your body's thirst signals
• Herbal teas count towards your fluid intake
Proper hydration keeps things moving smoothly in your gut.
6. Consider supplements
• Look for multi-strain probiotics
• Omega 3's can be great for reducing inflammation
• Collagen, bone broth, L- Glutamine can health the gut lining
Quality matters when it comes to supplements.
7. Other gut friendly foods
