UPA Govt was fully aware that they are FOREIGNERS. But STILL the Kuki mi£itant leaders were IMPORTED into Manipur & then SoO agreement was signed with them.
This pact allowed ZRA to bring thousands of illegal Myanmarese migrants into Manipur.

But does CONgress really want peace in Manipur? If that was case, Raul Vinci would've spoken on atrocities on Indigenous Meiteis by these Illegal Immigrant Kuki-Zo & Chin-Kukis. He didn't do that. Instead, he ran away from press conference when difficult questions're asked.
