Real Madrid signed Mbappe, but what can we do about it? It is not the first time they sign a star. We must focus on ourselves and how we can maximize the quality in our squad.
Right now, Barca got arguably the greatest talent in the world: Lamine Yamal. 16 years old, with a market value of €90m. Gave a world class defender like Gvardiol a very tough time on his EUROS debut.
He is our presence and future. Alongside him, Barca got the likes of Cubarsí (17), Pedri (21), Gavi (19), Fermin Lopez (21), Balde (20) and Hector Fort (17).
Every squad needs balance. The likes of Frenkie (27), Araújo (25), Kounde (25), Christensen (28), Raphinha (27), Gündogan (33) and Lewandowski (35) adds experience and leadership.
Barca got A LOT of quality as it is, but the squad needs certain profiles to become ‘complete’. Even so, an incomplete side managed 85 points in the league & reached the UCL quarterfinals.
For Barca, it’s all about ensuring that the team has the necessary profiles to achieve results at the highest level. The core of the team is already strong. Supply those players with the right teammates, and we got a competitive team.

Onana/Zubimendi/Mikel Merino can be the ball winner accompanying our technical midfielders. Nico Williams is the right profile & the number 1 priority for the left side. Xavi Simons should be a bonus signing.
In the future, we can try to sign a big star, such as Wirtz, Musiala or Leao. However, for now, we prioritize making the squad as complete as possible.
