The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India issued public notice that PROHIBITS alternative medicine practitioners and alternative medicine industry from advertising, promoting or claiming treatment or cure for a long list of disease conditions which includes but not limited to asthma, diabetes, cancers, neurological disorders, obesity, rheumatic diseases, infectious diseases and gastrointestinal diseases.
Any "legalized quack" who utters the word treatment or cure for these conditions can be prosecuted. Please note this and paste it under "Instagram/other Social Media Ayush Medinfluencers" when they make irrational claims.
