1. Displacement Displacement looks like one or more candles all facing the same way. These candles have big bodies and short wicks. Displacement happens right after a certain level of trading activity is passed.
2. Market Structure Shift (MSS) A MSS is shown on the chart where the old trend changes. If prices have been going up, the MSS is where they make a lower low. If prices have been going down, the MSS is where they make a higher high. It is also called choch, Shift.
3. Liquidity Grab: A liquidity grab is a strategic and rapid exploitation of stop loss orders. This action results in a sudden surge leading to a reversal. Stop loss orders indicate areas where liquidity is likely to have accumulated the most.
