If you refuse to do this, you'll stagnate

As a trader, you should ask yourself hard hitting questions about your performance, come up with solutions to problems and have the discipline to implement them.
However, it’s important to remember the actions we take, don’t always produce the results we aspire to.

As a result, you need to develop the intellectual acuity to recognise the outcome of your actions and assess, as quickly as possible, whether they are taking you closer to your goals or further away from them.

If your results are moving you towards your goals, continue.
If they're moving you away from them, you need to keep adapting your behaviour until you find what moves you forward.
This is the process for improvement and every long-term successful trader follows it.
