Names like De Zerbi, Michel and Hansi Flick have been thrown around. At this stage of the season, it’s highly unrealistic. Many dream of De Zerbi, but if you want him that badly, isn’t it better to go for him in the summer? Give him preseason and a bigger chance of succeeding.
Even with a new manager, the flaws within the squad will still exist. Gavi won’t be back until next season and you won’t get a world class defensive midfielder. Look at Manchester City with and without Rodri.
