Why do I focus specifically on news days?
News brings volatility into the market
Volatility is our friend.
With High impact news present, price will have the necessary ENERGY to reach for the already identified Draw on Liquidity.
Meaning -> low resistance price movements with SPEED.
High impact news days simply present the highest probability conditions for an EXPANSION day... which is the easiest/most straightforward day to trade.

Now before any one says "but last Monday was clean bro!" you need to understand that this is an expectation not a guarantee. Its a likely scenario that happens more times than not.
Yes I will miss days where price moves a lot with no news and thats ok. I dont care.
I have rules for a reason and I follow them. So many low probability days are automatically filtered out using this method.
It allows me to protect my capital and to be able to trade the days where Time and Price are TRULY aligned ✅
