Japan led the chorus and stopped trade with India for 3 years, presumably US pressure.
Big powers, understandable, but we couldn't get ONE COUNTRY out of Costa Rica, Gabon, Kenya and Gambia to abstain?

That's what one, a robust economy and two, a nationalist foreign policy achieve.

These are very normal, basic common sense things that any country would do
But to us it seems a big deal because the bar is SO low these are novelties!
To have us stand up for our own interests after 75 years feels refreshingly new and empowering.

It is this pride that the sepoys tell us is harmful nationalism.
They're literally telling you why your country mustn't be a superpower!
Thankfully their days are past us, and we have common citizens full of energy, hope and pride 🙏
