3.) From Oak Ridge , we move west to Nashville , approximately 25 miles from ORNL , being the state's capital and having access to the Mississippi and Tennessee Rivers , a hub for commerce .

9.) Until I can locate the actual contract(s) , I will say that the following is speculation, but also through the years of research and that without any great stretch of the imagination , AT&T did have a contract to audit the Dominion machines being held at the AT&T building.
