- Begin preparing application materials, such as transcripts, recommendation letters, and a statement of purpose
October 2023:
- Take standardized tests, if you haven't done so already, and request the official score reports to be sent to the universities.
- Keep sending your personalized emails to the identified faculty members, if you haven't secure one yet.
November 2023:
- Follow up with the faculty members who have responded to your initial emails.

December 2023:
