The nerve can be clinically located approximately 1-2 centimetres buccally to the third molar, at the level of the occlusal plane, along the external oblique line

Inferior alveolar artery ، vein und nerve
Mylohyoid artery: it runs down along the medial side of the mandibular ramus and then bends anteriorly to rest on the homonymous muscle, running along the mylohyoid line.
