1. This is a course by @thedmdelight someone that has been on Upwork for quite some time and he has results to show.
It’ll be useful for everybody, you are just starting out? You’ve been on the platform for a while and there’s no result, you want more result, etc etc He started from the very basics to how to open an account to how to bid for job, get the right client etc,etc.
2. This is a book on proposal writing by @boladeakinfenwa. He broke down everything about proposal writing in this book. There are also other sections in the book on how to get your first job, etc.
If you think you are not getting jobs because of your proposals, then this book is for you. Check this tweet to access the book
3. This contain free materials by @gbengabiyi. He’s a freelance coach with plenntyyy results. Just go to his page to check for testimonies(e choke😂). You’ll most likely be motivated not to give up and put in more efforts.

5. This is not a resource per say, it’s a community of freelancer on telegram owned by @omoalhajaabiola. Go to his page to look for the link to the channel. There’s a lot of resources there, just search.

The most important thing is actually putting those things to action, else no show🤝🤝Another this is we all need to learn to search for information. Some people have an opinion that before you actually go ahead to ask someone a question, try to do a simple google search first.
I think I agree with this to a reasonable extent. Please search out information by yourself. Every account I tagged here, they post useful content on freelancing, infact there tweets are resources self😂😂😂. And the YouTube channel too, search the channel for what you want.

One more thing, you’ll need a means of identification. Passport, NIN, etc. Recently a friend was unable to use the paper NIN print out do his verification. He had to find a way to print it into a plastic one.
Also, while opening your account, you may be asked to upload your TIN.

Last one, a good place to learn about Upwork is from Upwork themself. On their website you’ll see different videos, blog posts, etccc
Lastly🌚😂…. Do not fall prey to scammers on the platform, don’t start work without an offer in place, Don’t speak to a client outside the platform before the contract start. Don’t fall pray to all these people that’ll tell you to message on telegram or d test job for them.
