Take a brown watry coconut with jata, wrap the mouli dhaga/kalawa around the coconut 3 times, a pair of paan/beatal leaf, batasha, Kapoor/ camphor, and 1 pair of unbroken cloves dipped in clarified butter/ghee. Now complete 7 rounds of Holika Agni reciting Narsingh Bhagwan

Mantra/Name and offer the coconut to Holika. Everyone including children should perform this remedy.
