.@Paytmcare has to be the most fucked up customer support where even after being a market leader in its segment, the app support is shit, the phone support is full of dumb people who don’t even try to understand the query and keep transferring you to places you don’t want.

The @PaytmBank has come up with absurd system that you can’t have more than 50 transactions in a month, if you do, you have to upgrade to ‘current accounts’, instead of savings.
Fun part: when you add you existing current acc, the wont send the otp (but claim the did.)

Now, I am forced to upgrade to @paytm’s bank and can’t choose what I already have.
Worse, the app doesn’t have a remedy. The 24/7 support will take you to automated chat support of ‘PayTm mall’. If you somehow find bank keyword, the app will force you in a loop.
FUCK PAYTM!

And worst part, I have been calling @Paytmcare for over a month now. Thrice in last 7 days. They said my account will be upgraded on its own. But today they took 18 mins to cook my brain and solve nothing. Three departments took my call and I got irritated when they sent to 4th.
