2. After raids against the prime accused, Anil Tuteja, his phone was siezed by IT. Majority of the whatsapp conversations recovered was submitted to the SC in a sealed envelope. Parts that were not, OpIndia got access to - the whatsapp chats and phone documents of Tuteja
3. These chats contain messages between Tutejas n senior IPS officers namely, SRP Kalluri, Kalyan Elesela, G.P Singh, Arif Sheikh. chats, other docs show how Tuteja is being saved by the system, at the behest of Baghel and how he is basically the de facto CM of Chhattisgarh
4. A glimpse into the subversion before we get into details - in 2015, Baghel blamed Raman Singh for the scam. Later wrote to PM Modi saying that Tuteja was being saved to rescue Singh. But, In 2020, Tuteja got bail and immediately, he was appointed by the Baghel govt again. Why?
5. The chats and documents now in possession of OpIndia also show that Tuteja was running the investigation against himself, dictating status reports to ACB/EOW that was meant to investigate him, affecting transfers and posting and was in possession of several internal govt docs
6. GP Singh, once head of EOW/ACB, meant to investigate Tuteja had elaborate WA chats with him. He approached the court in Dec 2022 and said he was threatened to implicate several ppl and Baghel himself handed over a “hitlist” to him. Here is that hitlist he submitted to SC.
7. 14/1/2020 - GP Singh is telling Tuteja that agencies shld be instructed to provide information to EOW. It is pertinent to ask why ADG was telling prime accused in NAN scam, Anil Tuteja to instruct EOW to provide info and how Tuteja wielded this much power in the Congress gvt
8. Here is GP Singh asking Anil Tuteja, prime accused in NAN scam charge sheeted in 2018, to affect transfers of those seem “close” to the ones he has been asked to implicate - Raman Singh and others. In his submission, GPS said he was asked by Baghel to keep Tuteja in the loop
9. IT Dept said to court that IPS officers were acting as Hawala operators for Anil Tuteja. That GP Singh and Tuteja had shared pics of Rs 10 notes to affect Hawala transfer. Here is a chat that proves it and what IT said. GP Singh was INSTRUCTED to SAVE TUTEJA by BHUPESH BAGHEL.

11. In 2017, Bhupesh Baghel wrote to PM Modi demanding Anil Tuteja be prosecuted in NAN scam. The investigation was already on since 2015 and the sanction to prosecute had already been given. In 2018, Tuteja was named as prime accused and chargesheeted. What did Baghel do then?
12. He formed an SIT as he came to power despite Tuteja being chargesjeeted. It has been reiterated in court that SIT was formed to weaken the case, save Tuteja. The chats PROVE IT

15. In the Whatsapp chats I possess, there was a part where Anil Tuteja’s son Yash Tuteja and SP EOW Kalyan Elesela were discussing the case and Dayan Krishnan, the lawyer’s name comes up. In what context and what does it prove? Read on.
16. After a “conference”, Yash Tuteja shares edited draft of Status Report that EOW/ACB is supposed to file in HC, investigating his father, Anil Tuteja. So Dayan Krishnan (lawyer for ACB) shares status report with Tuteja, he edits, sends it to SP EOW, to file in HC. The chat:
17. The fact that it was Yash Tuteja’s draft of Status Report that was being used by EOW-ACB is further substantiated by fact that a day later, on 17th of Feb 2019, Kalyan Elesela sent an updated Status Report draft to Yash Tuteja over Whatsapp (chats accessed by OpIndia).
18. The Status Report (drafts and final) was found on the phone of Anil Tuteja (Yash shared with him, obviously). Here are 2 other docs found on his phone. 1) internal task list in NAN scam 2) Doc confirming employment of Dayan Krishnan (the ACB lawyer). Why was it in his phone?
19. @bhupeshbaghel must and: Dayan Krishnan is a senior lawyer engaged by state govt to represent ACB – dept meant to investigate Anil Tuteja’s role in NAN scam. Was Krishnan sharing draft of Status Report of investigation, that ACB was to file in HC against Tuteja, with Yash?
20. After Krishnan presumably shared draft with Yash Tuteja, he made edits and sent same to Kalyan Elesela – SP EOW, who in turn, presumably shared it with Krishnan. Was Krishnan instructed by Baghel to work in tandem with Anil Tuteja to save him while SIT weakened investigation?
21. Was Krishnan, representing ACB, actually on payroll of Anil Tuteja, prime accused that ACB was to be investigating? Y was a “task list” which mentioned hiring of Krishnan shared with Anil Tuteja? Was Krishnan hired because he was willing to do the bidding of Anil Tuteja?
22. What I have written so far, found so far, is the tip of the iceberg. There are several threads to this sinister campaign by @bhupeshbaghel and I will be doing several more reports in “The Chhattisgarh Files” series.
23. There is evidence that witnesses against Anil Tuteja were coached at his behest, later turning hostile. That people were implicated falsely when they failed to submit to Baghel’s diktat of saving Tuteja and implicating others like Raman Singh, Mukesh Gupta etc. so much more.

25. The portions of chats that OpIndia has accessed are parts that have not been submitted to the Supreme Court in a sealed envelope by the ED. There is more evidence, sitting in a sealed envelope. The public has a right to now. And I’ll make sure of it to the best of my ability
