Do you know the govt compensates SC/ST women on filing a rape case?
@MinistryWCD made a rule that SC/ST would get compensation for rape, even before there was a conviction. So you'd get money even if the charge were false. Isn't this a govt scheme for filing false cases?

@MinistryWCD It's literally an incentive scheme by WCD to file false rape cases. It also shoots up rape statistics since the govt pays you if you file. @smritiirani

The problem is horrible govt policy and the Modi govt made it worse.
