I started to journal when I was losing like crazy in market.

One of the most important uses of journaling is that I can identify patterns very easily. Recent I noticed a pattern in my trading log and I was lost as to why that pattern was occuring. After breaking my head on it for weeks I approached Manas for help .

4 sentences into conversation he pointed out where I could be going wrong. I checked my journal and bingo. He was right.
Now I can work on fixing my behaviour pattern which was resulting in the trade pattern.
