A shallow dive into NFTs 🤿
NFTs are not rocket science, it’s the kind of thing that reading theories only confuses you more especially as a “Crypto newbie” in general.
Look at NFTs like tokens (because that’s infact what they are), just in form of Art and Non Fungible.

Non fungible in this sense means you can’t just swap them for currency at any time you want just like you do Bitcoin or other currencies, they have to be bought from you.
Mint - Look at mint like buying a token at Presale. You get a chance to sell higher at secondary market.

Whitelist: A WL is an exclusive early access to mint an NFT project. A Whitelist could be used to prevent or reduce gas wars and also reward early and active participants in a project.
To get WL for most projects, you need to join discord early and perform certain tasks.

I figured the most pressing question would be how do we see these projects early before mint. It’s easy (and also not easy)
It’s literally a shuffle between discord and twitter. I’ve gotten Alphas just by being in certain project’s discord and also follow NFT influencers.
