3. Team ; personally I hate putting my money on an inexperienced team or anon team. A project is as important as the team behind, who are they ? Are they reputable people ?, are they doxxed ?.

4. Mint price ; is the mint price low or high like a sort of cash & grab. Most low price mint get sold out in mins & get more secondary buys, because some people missed out

7. Community; Is it real people, not many bots, genuine connection, discord activity, emoji reacts on discord announcements, fake / real engagement on twitter

One other I forgot to add is marketing & social media hype.
Is the project you’re investing getting enough recognition by people on Twitter m, discord, ig or your alpha chat on WhatsApp ?. Also getting some hype doesn’t mean it would do well on the long run. Can’t be too safe xD
