Indication:
•In cases of Hydrocephalus.
•Following surgery, particularly tumour surgery.
•To enable drainage of infected CSF (e.g. meningitis)
•In patients with a severe head injury to provide both a means of measuring ICP and allowing CSF drainage to treat raised ICP.
