OXT can be accessed by anyone in the world at any time but is very explicit on how the data derived from the platform can be used.
The claim that OXT is clustering based on IP addresses is patently false. OXT only looks at the blockchain using methodology published above.
Using IP's would produce bad data since as a public service any IP can lookup any transaction. IP addresses lie, blockchain doesn't.
