IPF, a NGO, was formed in 2015, largely conceptualized upon ‘SMART’ policing vision by Hon'ble PM. It is a think-tank of public/police/govt top-notches to collaborate for police reform/well-being, which is being said that largely operates from BPRD, Home Ministry premises.

What is CHRI? – Biggies of NGO, CHRI is funded by Open Society Foundation (OSF) led by George Soros who openly pledged $1Bn against India’s “Authoritarian Regime” & is the face behind almost all NGOs that have been driving left-leaning propaganda all over the world.

CHRI is also funded by Omidiyar Nw, Ford Foundation (known for CIA links) & Friedrich Naumman (Ger) (another "liberal" NGO, similar objective). Coincidentally, FNS used to fund Rajiv Gandhi Foundation also.

The same story goes for NAMATI & CPR whose functionaries are on-boarded with IPF, funded by OSF, Ford & Omidiyar. Usually, all like-minded NGOs funding goes under layers, to-eachother & quite difficult to trail it. (Check P1,2,3)

Almost a year back, journalist Madhu Kishwar sought attention of HM Amit Shah by an open letter with series of qu. such as IPF using “Indian” in the name of NGO, functioning from BPRD home ministry premises, presence of CHRI, consequently national security concern. (P1,P2)

On ZFI, IPF denied having knowledge of it or its functions/intensions.
On CHRI, IPF disturbingly claimed that it is NOT aware of CHRI source of funds & functions. Neither had ever heard a name- George Soros.(P1)

However, it is beyond comprehends the way it lacks knowledge of associations & transparency which any reg. NGO would do..

SMART policing vision by Hon’ble PM is much-needed reform to bridge the gap between cops & commoners.
Having said that, there have been valid concerns over a few functionaries, associations, ways of working, operations & transparency,

..which one would only urge IPF to consider a 'reform within' before it sets dangerous precedence, for the already alarming NGO sector. All for a larger national security interest.
