مساء الخير اليوم ودنا نتكلّم عن الـ Coma و assessment of the unconscious and confused patient ماهي الاسباب التي قد تدخل المريض في غيبوبه وماهي الادوات و المعايير التي تستخدم في تقييم مثل هذه الحالات بشكل مبسط وسريع .
نقدر نستخدم المودل هذا الذي يوضح انا قاعدة الدماغ هي البطارية وكل نصف من الدماغ عبارة عن ضوء ( hemisphere is a ‘light bulb )
يتم فقدان الوعي اذا تعطلت البطارية او اذا احد الاضواء هذه تعطّل .

كيف ممكن تطفي البطاريات هذه او تتعطّل الانوار ؟

افضل شي اني اشوف المريض من نهاية السرير ، هل المريض يتحرك ؟ او lying
هل هناك حركة بالاطراف ؟
هل الاطراف الاربعة تتحرك بشكل متساوي ؟

هل هنالك اي حركات غريبه ؟
افضل شي اني اشوف المريض من نهاية السرير ، هل المريض يتحرك ؟ او lying

What you find ?
