تماشياً مع أهداف الاستراتيجية الوطنية للسياحة 2040، يشكل "مضياف" منصة جديدة لاستيعاب الكفاءات الشابة وتنمية قدراتهم ومهاراتهم في القطاع السياحي الواعد، وإعدادهم ليكونوا سفراء الضيافة العمانية في المستقبل.

يهدف برنامج مضياف إلى توفير التدريب المهني اللازم للكوادر العمانية، وإعدادهم للالتحاق بعدد من الفنادق المملوكة لمجموعة عُمران بعد إتمام كافة مراحل البرنامج. حيث سيركز البرنامج على سبع مجالات تخصصية تستهدف التطوير المهني للمشاركين وبناء قدراتهم ومهاراتهم.

يسرنا الإعلان عن فتح باب التسجيل في برنامج مضياف من خلال الرابط التالي: omran.om وذلك حسب الشروط التالية:
• أن يكون المتقدم عماني الجنسية (ذكر/أنثى)
• شهادة دبلوم التعليم العام أو ما بعد التعليم أو الدبلوم الجامعي أو البكالوريوس (حسب متطلبات الوظيفة)

In line with the objectives of the National Tourism Strategy 2040, #Midhyaf provides a new platform to empower young talents, develop their capabilities and skills in the promising tourism sector, and prepare them to be ambassadors of Omani hospitality in the future.
#Midhyaf programme targets young Omani talents with the aim of refining their skills, enhancing their capabilities, and encouraging them to prosper in a competitive, yet rewarding work environment
#Midhyaf will provide training to Omani talents, to prepare them to join the labour market upon completion of the programme’s requirements. The programme will consist of seven capacity-building vocational and professional disciplines
With a unified vision towards achieving the goals of the programme, #OMRANGroup is collaborating with key partners to actively mobilise the skills of aspiring Omanis #Midhyaf
The program will cover professional training courses that will be facilitated by @thisisOTC in cooperation with multiple globally renowned hospitality institutes #Midhyaf
Enrolment Conditions:
•The applicant must be an Omani (male/female)
•The applicant must hold a general education diploma, university diploma, or bachelor's degree (depending on the job requirements)
•The applicant must be a registered job seeker with the @Labour_OMAN
