Malhar rao holkar and Raghunathrao both were looting in rajputana and attacking same rajput states. They didnt go to fight abdali despite abdali staying in India for 04 months. When Abdali came again 2-3 years later, you expect rajputs to help their own invaders, ie marathas.
If we talk about jaipur state itself marathas looted jaipur not abdali and about temples well marathas were no holy cow and there are fair share of blames on marathas for their kindly acts of looting temples. Anyway Rajputs knew what marathas would do when abdali is defeated,

Marathas lost but Surajmal helped the fleeing marathas a lot and according to sarkar if Surajmal didnt help marathas not a single maratha would cross Chambal alive. And guess how did Marathas paid them back? When marathas again bounced back and came to north india
Almost 10 yrs after panipat, till then Jat kingdom was expanded quite a lot, even to the east side of Jamuna, they took Rohillas territory and was a flourishing kingdom, but marathas as soon as came in north, allied with rohillas ( yes their arch enemy in panipat)
And attacked Jat Kingdom (who was friendly to them in panipat) and Rohillas and Marathas distributed Jat territory amongst themselves. Jat kingdom got weakened after that could never reach their former glory. So thats how they behaved with their former ally, guess
