#تساؤل
لماذا لا ينصح بالتخلص من الفقاعات الموجودة في سرنجة دواء كليكسان (Clexane)
ولماذا هي موجودة من الاساس؟؟
In General Why there is bubble in prefilled syringe?
Because the Traditional filling method includes filling of syringe with
solution and then closing and then final sterilization of that prefilled syringes. But this method has disadvantages that there
are chances of bubble
in the prefilled syringes. Newer technique developed by HCM's (Hyaluron Contract manufacturing) patented method of syringe filling involves online vacuum filling coupled with online vacuum stoppering, Known as bubble-free filling. It eliminates the air bubble inside the syringe
(known as “head space"), that results from traditionally
filling methods. Furthermore, totally removing the gas bubble improves the stability of oxygen sensitive compounds
In Enoxaparin why they suggest do not expel bubbles before administration?
The bubble is small amounts
(0.2cc–0.3cc) and in the prefilled syringe actually contains = 78% N2 and 21%02 and 1% all other trace gases.
the air bubble is composed of nitrogen and is added to the syringe because the enoxaparin solution itself does not contain a preservative and it inbibits oxidation of the
medication. the literature says "do not expell the air bubble" because the dosage is prescribed by the patients weight and it is a precise amount and by expelling the air bubble some of the medication may be lost.
But if we use Enoxaprine as IV we should remove all the bubbles
هذا بحسب فهمي واجتهادي ولا اقول بأني على يقين كامل من الاجابة 🌹
