ماهو haptoglobin ؟!
هو عبارة عن بروتين ينتج من الكبد ويعتبر acute phase ويقوم هذا البروتين بالإرتباط ب

وتنظيفه من الدورة الدموية

هو عبارة عن بروتين ينتج من الكبد ويعتبر acute phase ويقوم هذا البروتين بالإرتباط ب
Free hemoglobin
وتنظيفه من الدورة الدموية
هذا الفحص عند حدوث تكسر دم
Hemolytic anemia
فإنه يحصل له إنخفاض بسبب زيادة إرتباطه ب الهيموجلوبين الشارد.
لدينا هنا عدة حالات سوف نوضح كيف نكتشفها في وجود هذا الفحص :

Haptoglobin ⬇️
Reticulocyte count⬆️
RBC, HB, PCV⬇️
👈هذا يدل على
intravascular hemolysis
Hemolytic anemia
فإنه يحصل له إنخفاض بسبب زيادة إرتباطه ب الهيموجلوبين الشارد.
لدينا هنا عدة حالات سوف نوضح كيف نكتشفها في وجود هذا الفحص :

Reticulocyte count⬆️
RBC, HB, PCV⬇️
👈هذا يدل على
intravascular hemolysis

Haptoglobin : N or slightly decreased
Reticulocyte count⬆️
RBC, HB, PCV⬇️
👈هذا يدل على
extravascular hemolysis
Haptoglobin : N or slightly decreased
Reticulocyte count⬆️
RBC, HB, PCV⬇️
👈هذا يدل على
extravascular hemolysis
❤️Case 3
Haptoglobin :N
Reticulocyte count : Noincrease
RBC, HB, PCV : ⬇️
Anemia due to a cause other than RBC destruction (e.g ..decrease in RBC production in the bone marrow).
Haptoglobin :N
Reticulocyte count : Noincrease
RBC, HB, PCV : ⬇️

Liver disease
👈هذا يجب عمل LFT.
السبب انه ينتج من الكبد واذا حصل اي تأثر في الكبد فإنه يحصل انخفض له.
