An example of successful strategies:
For #Starbucks, they write customers names on their cups and call the customers by name. They break the barrier of separating friends from strangers and so customers will start buying again.
Clients photograph their cups with their name, and that is a free advertisement for them. Therefore, when Starbucks write our names on the cup, it actually builds a strong connection between the product and customers.
