Yes, vancomycin can be use orally in case of*Clostridium difficile diarrhea*
🦠What is the dose ?
👨🏻 Adult: 125 mg orally every 6 hours daily for 10 days
👦🏼Pediatric: Clostridium Difficile Infection: 40 mg/kg/day orally divided every 6 to 8 hours for 7 to 10 days.
