1-تعتبر انعكاسات جائحة كورونا على الاقتصاد العالمي الأخطر منذ أزمة الكساد الكبير/ العظيم في عشرينيات وثلاثينيات القرن العشرين (1929-1932) #بقلمي
2-كذلك تفوق بتداعياتها الاقتصادية الأزمة المالية العالمية والتي انطلقت شرارتها في شتاء 2007 واستمرت بتداعياتها لعدة سنوات ولم تتعافى منها الاقتصاديات #بقلمي
3-إلا بعد إعادة النظر بسياسة الإقراض ورد الاعتبار للدول لزيادة دورها النشط في الاقتصاد
والعودة لوصفة جون مارينارد كينز والتي نجحت في التخفيف من حدة الكساد الكبير التي عانت منها أوروبا والاقتصاد العالمي. #بقلمي

4-لا يخفى على أحد أهمية الدور النشط للدولة في الاقتصاد،فالانعكاسات الاقتصادية لما بعد أزمة الكساد الكبير كانت كبيرة واستطاعت تحقيق الاستقرار الاقتصادي #بقلمي
5-حيث تعتبر الفترة من 1940-1971 الأكثر استقرار في القرن العشرين وسميت بالثلاثين سنة المجيدة ،أو ربع القرن الذهبي ،وعصر الرفاه،ويرجع السبب في ذلك لتبني الحكومات لسياسة كينز #بقلمي
6-والتي تنادي بتدخل نشط للدول من خلال الإنفاق الحكومي والضرائب لتحفيز الطلب الكلي الفعال بشقيه الاستهلاكي والاستثماري. #بقلمي
7-ورغم أن العالم عانى من أزمة ركود اقتصادي شديدة ناجمة عن أزمة الرهن العقاري الأمريكي، والتي سرعان ما تحولت لأزمة مالية عالمية أثرت سلباً على أداء الأسواق المالية واقتصاديات الدول وبنسب متفاوتة، #بقلمي
8-ولعل الأثر الأبرز تمثل في حالة الركود الاقتصادي الكبير ،والذي أفقد الاقتصاد العالمي مئات الملايين من الدولارات وأذاب الثروات الفردية وأثر سلباً على برامج الحكومات وتسبب بأزمة غذاء عالمي ،وكذلك اضطرابات في أسواق الطاقة،حيث اقترب سعر برميل النفط ل 150 دولار . #بقلمي
9-بالتالي تعتبر الأزمة المالية العالمية 2008 أقل حدة من أزمة الكساد الكبير (1929-1932) لجهة أن الكساد يعتبر مرحلة لاحقة للركود،إلا أن ما يشهده الاقتصاد العالمي بفعل تفشي كورونا يعتبر الأكثر ضرراً والأكثر حدة وشدة ، #بقلمي
10-فجائحة كورونا تسببت في حالة من الإغلاق الكبير لمعظم دول العالم وعلى رأسها الدول الأكثر تقدماً،فالأسواق والمتاجر والمطاعم والفنادق وحركة الطيران والملاحة والنقل تأثرت سلباً بفعل أكبر حجر صحي ومنزلي يشهده العالم منذ القدم . #بقلمي
11-وعلى الرغم من أن أزمة الكساد الكبير تسببت بفقدان قرابة ثلث الوظائف في أوروبا وأمريكا وتسببت بارتفاع معدلات البطالة لقرابة 25% في كبرى الدول الرأسمالية، #بقلمي
12-وانخفاض الناتج الإجمالي بحدود 50 %،وارتفاع حجم الفائض في الإنتاج وعدم وجود طلب عليه،وما ترتب عليه من اندلاع الحرب العالمية الثانية (1939-1944) لتصريف الفائض السلعي #بقلمي
13-ولإعادة تشغيل المصانع على حساب فقدان العالم لقرابة 50 مليون قتيل من سكانه،ورغم أن الأزمة المالية العالمية 2008 أثرت على الاقتصاد العالمي وتسببت في إضعافه وهشاشته، #بقلمي
14-إلا أن تأثيرات كورونا وبعد 3 أشهر من انتشارها في العالم بعد أن كانت محصورة في الصين تعتبر مرتفعة ،والتي نجم عنها حالة هي الأولى من نوعها تتمثل في الإغلاق الكبير،ولم يقتصر الإغلاق على دولة أو اقليم فحسب، #بقلمي
15-وإنما حالة الإغلاق شملت معظم أرجاء العالم .

17-والاستثمار في قطاعات منتجة وذات قيم اقتصادية كالزراعة والصناعة والتنمية البشرية،والإنفاق المتنامي على الصحة والتعليم. #بقلمي
18-بالتالي أثبتت أزمة الإغلاق الكبير الحاجة إلى بناء نظام اقتصادي عالمي عادل يحقق الرفاهية للشعوب ويقدم أفضل الخدمات الصحية والتعليمية لجميع شرائح المجتمع دون أي تفرقة . #بقلمي

1- Corona’s pandemic repercussions on the global economy are considered the most dangerous since the Great Depression / Great Depression of the 1920s and 1930s (1929-1932). #with my pen.

7-Although the world suffered from a severe economic recession caused by the American mortgage crisis, which quickly turned into a global financial crisis that affected negatively the performance of financial markets and countries ’economies in varying proportions.#with my pen.
8- Perhaps the most prominent impact was the state of the Great Recession, which lost the global economy hundreds'millions of dollars, melted individual wealth and negatively affected government programs and caused a global food crisis,
as well as disturbances in energy markets, as the price of oil's barrel approached 150 dollars. #with my pen.
9-Consequently, the 2008 global financial crisis is less severe than the Great Depression (1929-1932) that the recession is a post-recession stage,
but what the global economy is witnessing due to the Corona outbreak is considered the most harmful, most severe, and hard. #with my pen.
10- The Corona scandal caused a state of great closure for most of the world’s countries, especially the most advanced countries.The markets, shops, restaurants, hotels, air traffic,
navigation and transportation have been affected negatively by the largest quarantine and home witnessed in the world since ancient times. #with my pen.
11-Although the crisis' great depression caused the loss of nearly a third of jobs in Europe and America and caused unemployment to rise to nearly 25% in the major capitalist countries, #with my pen.
12- The decrease in the gross output by 50%, the increase in the volume of surplus in production and the lack of demand for it, and the consequent outbreak of the Second World War (1939-1944) for the disposal of the commodity surplus. #with my pen.
13- To restart factories because of losing the world to nearly 50 million people dead, and despite the fact that the 2008 global financial crisis affected the global economy and caused it to weaken and fragile, #with my pen.
14-However, the effects of Corona, after 3 months from its spread in the world, after Kingdom it was confined in China, are considered high, which resulted in a case which is the first of its kind represented in the great closure,
and the closure was not limited to a country or region only.. #with my pen.
16- (1929-1932), the Great Recession (2008), and the Great closure (2020) make the need urgent for economies to review the states' role in the economy. #with my pen.
17. Investing in productive and economic sectors such as agriculture, industry and human development, and growing spending on health and education. #with my pen.
18 - Consequently, the Great Closure Crisis demonstrated the need to build a global economic fair that brings prosperity to peoples and provides the best health and education services to all society's segments without any discrimination. #with my pen.
