معلومات اليوم ان شاء الله حتكون تكمله لل urinalysis
•Microscopic examination of urine
- كيف نحصل على ال sediment؟
-ايش الاشياء الي ممكن نشوفها تحت الmicroscope!
- اشكالها وكيف نفرق بينها ؟
- سبب وجودها ف ال urine !
بسم الله نبدأ ??✨

-طبعًا بعد م نحط ال urine في الانبوب الخاص بال centrifuge ونخليها لمدة ٣-٥ دقايق حتى يكون عندنا ال sediment والي يكون مترسب تحت ..
- نتخلص من ال supernatant
- وناخذ بال pipette نقطه ونحطها على ال slide وبعدها نغطيها بال cover slip .

تحت ال microscope ايش ممكن نشوف ؟
Cells
- RBCs
- leukocytes or (pus cell)
-Epithelial cells
Crystals
-crystal in acidic and alkaline urine
Casts
-cellular and acellular casts
Microorganism
-Bacteria
-yeast
-parasite
Sperm

RBCs
Normal range0-2HPF
اذا اكثر hematuriaممكن يكون السبب:
1-urinary tract infection وهنا ع الاغلب لون الurineم يتغير وبس نشوفها تحت المياكروسكوب او عن طريق الستريب
2-kidney disease(nephritis,stones
3-trauma or cancer
4-Schistosoma haematobium
5-normal in menstrual cycle??

ممكن نفرق بينها وبين ال yeast ب:
١- انو ال RBCs تكون biconcave
٢- ال yeast غالبًا تكون متبرعمه .

Leukocytes : ⚪️
Normal range: 0-3/ HPF
-Increase number of pus cell and presence of bacteria indicate infection/UTI.
-Increase number without bacteria may indicate: inflammation, appendicitis or malignancy.

فيه تعريفين لازم نفرق بينهم ??
-Pyuria: presence of pus cell due to bacterial or viral infection.
- Leukocyturia : presence of leukocytes in urine.

Epithelial cells :
-وممكن نلاقيها ف اليورن لعدة اسباب:
1- Normal shedding of cell from lining of genitourinary system.
2- inflammation of the lining
3- Renal disease

وتكون ثلاثه انواع ووجود نوع معين يدل على حاله معينه:
1-Squamous epithelial cells
اكبر واكتر نوع مشهور نلاقيه : تكون جيه من
Superficial lining of urethra and vagina

2- Transitional epithelial cells تجي من
The lining of renal pelvis, ureters or bladder.
زيادة عددها ممكن يكون بسبب UTI.
3- Renal tubular cells
مكان واحد تجي منو على اسمها وهو:
Lining of renal tubules.

Casts:
Acellular casts:
-Hyaline اشهر واحد ، وممكن سبب وجودو يكون :
Fever , strenuous exercise
-Granular سبب وجوده ممكن تكسر لل
Cellular casts
-Waxy may indicate ESRD
-Fatty
-Pigment
-Crystal

Cellular casts:
-Red cell cast
-White cell cast
-Epithelial cell cast

Common crystals:
Acidic Urine crystals:
-Ca oxalate وشكلها المعروف زي الظرف ولها شكل ثاني.
-Uric acid يختلف شكلها ، سبب وجودها ممكن بسبب داء الملوك او chemotherapy.
-Amorphous urate
-Cystine سداسيه

Alkaline urine crystals:
-Triple phosphate شكلو زي الكفن??
-Ca carbonate تشبه شكل الفول السوداني✨
- Amorphous phosphate

Microorganism:
-Yeast
-Bacteria: ممكن تكون بسبب وجود التهاب او بسبب ال contamination انو يكون غلط في جمع العينه، او تاخر في فحص العينه.

Parasites :
-Enterobius vermicularis (pin worm ) او الدبوسيه
-Trichomonas vaginalis
-Schistosoma haematobium

Sperm
